The following policies apply only to orders placed in the PuckerUp Select Store. If you place an order with one of our partners, including Adam & Eve, AEBN, Liberator, and Babeland, that order is subject to the the specific companies' policies.
Confidentiality
All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain brown boxes, padded envelopes or USPS/FedEx packaging. Our name appears as "Tristan Taormino" or "Tristan Taormino, TTE, Inc" on the return address. Packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations.
Privacy
We will never sell, rent or give any information about you or your order to any company or individual.
Security
Our e-commerce software uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) for every order, which means that customers' credit card information is encapsulated securely and encrypted as it is sent over the Internet to its destination. Another name for SSL is a Digital Certificate. Your credit card information is considered highly confidential information, and we do not store customer credit card information. Any paperwork with complete credit card numbers is shredded when delivery is confirmed. If your browser does not support secure ordering, you may place your order by mail (see details below).
Order by Mail
You may place an order by mail using a check or money order (payable to Pucker Up). Send your order plus a signed and dated age statement verifying that you are 21 years of age or older to: Tristan Taormino Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 395, Greenville, NY 12083. All prices are the same as on the web site; please add $5 PER ITEM for shipping and handling. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery. If you want anything autographed, please send me a note and tell me who to sign it to!
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card online and checks and money order by mail. We do not support PayPal payments. Please email orders (at) puckerup.com if you need any help with payment.
AVS
We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined. Please keep in mind that if you've moved within the last few years, your credit card company may have your old address on file for this service. We may also require the CVV2 number from your card to assure that you have physical possession of the card.
Domestic Shipping
All our domestic shipping is done via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, except to USPS Priority Mail to APOs or FPOs, which do not allow delivery confirmation or tracking. We can send your order overnight, via USPS Express Mail or FedEx for an additional charge. If you want overnight shipping, email orders (at) puckerup.com BEFORE you place your order. FedEx requires a physical street address (not a PO Box).
We ship our orders every Monday and Friday with occasional shipments going out on others days depending on order load.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT SHIP ANY ORDERS TO ALABAMA.
International Shipping (including Canada)
Most international orders are sent via USPS Global Priority; if that service is not available to a certain destination, then we ship it Registered Air Mail with Insurance. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you at the time of importation. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs . If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. We reserve the right to deny orders to countries which we've had problems shipping to in the past. We are required by customs to describe the contents of the packages we send; for confidentiality reasons, we will use terms such as "plastic toy," "video," and "lotion."
Return Policy
If your item breaks or is defective: All of our products are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. Send the item back to us at: Tristan Taormino Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 395, Greenville, New York, NY 12083; we will credit the shipping charge to your account. We will gladly send a replacement or issue you store credit for the amount. Note: The Tristan and Tristan 2 butt plugs carry a lifetime replacement guarantee from the manufacturer, Vixen Creations. Vixen Creations will replace any Tristan or Tristan 2 butt plug that is damaged. We can send it back to Vixen for you, or you can do it directly to: Vixen Creations, Inc., 1302 22nd Street , San Francisco, CA 94107-3434.
If you are dissatisfied with an item: Most unopened items that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. Because of the nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened. Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
Books Returns: We do not accept returns on books.
