I've seen reports from guys who have gotten full ejaculatory orgasms from anal sex, without any oral or manual stimulation of the penis. It usually seems that it takes a pretty big size to achieve this. I've been able to bring myself to ejaculation and a MILD orgasm (probably because I'm usually doing myself) with a dildo through anal stimulation alone although I usually have to be really horny and well-relaxed first, and, at least with what I normally use (small anal probe), I only seem to be able to cum if I'm on lying on my back with my legs in the air. I've enjoyed this before. I'd say for me size of the dildo or vibe is not at all key. It's much more a question of arousal, stimulus, relaxed state (of body AND of mind). I've climaxed with a rather small insertable, and not climaxed with a VERY large one, and vice versa.

I'd also add that since I practice orgasm without ejaculation (a Tantric approach), that I am more likely to climax this way via good penetration than I am to release completely. I find this incredibly satisfying.

I purchased one of these Aneros toys because of the reviews that I read and I must say I am very disappointed. I felt nothing special; am I doing something wrong or do I need something larger? Granted I don't play with the toy every day; maybe once a week but, nevertheless I would think I would feel something.

Maybe it doesn't fit you the right way. Everyone's anatomy, although similar, is different. And the toy does not take that into account because it is a solid, non-flexing toy.
