Default The TSA Stole My Butt Plug!!!

I just purchased the Pyrex butt plug at Babeland in LA earlier this month, I was very excited about it and was hoping I could incorporate it into play with my wife. It made it back to Chicago fine 2 weeks ago, but I thought I'd bring it along on this trip, thinking it might be fun to use, but alas there was no play this week. It was in my luggage for the trip back home, still in its red felt pouch. And now in unpacking my luggage, it is nowhere to be found and I took that suitcase apart! Damn it all. Usually the TSA will leave a note in your bad if they inspected it, but nope, they probably figured no one would report a missing butt plug. Well, I guess on my next trip to LA I will head back to Babeland for another one.... and hide it in my suitcase better!!!

Thumbs down No way!

That's awful! Can they do that?!? Was it carry-on? I would think they can't do that for checked luggage, especially as it clearly doesn't violate FAA regulations. I'm traveling soon and planning on taking my strap-on, they better not take it!!! I may just come looking for it!

Sorry about that TV's Frank.

They are supposed to leave a note in your bag if they search it. Do you have a TSA compatible lock for your bag? They have a little green indicator that turns red if the TSA has to use their master key to open it.

It was in my checked luggage and I'm trying to remember if somehow it was left in the hotel room instead. Thing is, I never took it out of the suitcase so it would have had to fall out at some point. And then the hotel staff will end up inheriting it!

True, they probably chucked it, but then we have been there before and the front desk staff knows us so..... if I did leave it there and it was returned to the front desk, then that might be awkward the next time we stay!

Default punks

I have had the same problem with other stuff. Leatherman multitools, knives etc. butif the little punks stole my njoy, there would be a war on!! I always put it in something unobvious like a zippered coat pocket or shaving kit. On thing I can think of is the nice red felt bag that it came in probably looked like the same kind of bag marijuana pipes often come in so some punk kid might have thought they were going to score some free weed. Whats the world coming to if we cant even take our sex toys on an airplane anymore!

Default Odds are nobody is going to report it

But still. Who would want a sex toy that someone else had possibly used?

I think you are correct, it will trashed no matter where it ended up, but I wonder if was seen as a possible threat in the baggage scanners? Or maybe it really did get left at the hotel somehow, which makes me just as mad... but then it's LA and it might just be normal to find a butt plug left behind!

Its pretty hard to trust the housekeeping staff sometimes even at mainstream hotel chains. I remember probably 15 years ago my ex gf had an antique ruby ring lifted from our hotel room. They totally denied anything and claimed we must have misplaced it. When we finally insisted on calling the police the ring mysteriously reappeared.

So ... the next time your butt plug goes missing ... I would report it to the police.
