I finally finished my piece for Carly Milne's upcoming book Naked Ambition about the new generation of women in the adult industry. She previews the book on Pornblography. Just the few snippets she shares tell me that this is going to be a kick-ass, unique book. I'm proud to be in the company of such amazing women.

And speaking of the blogosphere, RKB sent this to me, subject line "Tristan versus Wonkette," from Chandrasutra:

"If [Ana Marie] Cox's recent comments at her SXSW panel are any indication, she might appear to have more in common with Tristan Taormino than she does with other women bloggers-except that Cox (AKA Wonkette) isn't half as smart, political or talented as Taormino. Talking about sex is actually interesting when there's a real edge or sophistication. What Cox is doing is the equivalent of flashing your boobs at fratboys on spring break." Her comments were in response to other things written/said about Wonkette, and I usually don't like taking compliments that cut down a fellow sistah, but I must say: Thanks so much for the props, Mel!
