I received sad news yesterday that boy patrick chees of Houston, Texas passed away on December 26. The boy and I met patrick at boys Training Camp in Dallas several years ago. He was Master Roy's alpha boy as well as one of the founding members of the Texas Leather Tribe and the producer of the International Puppy & Trainer Contest. He worked so hard and really put puppy play on the map within the leather community with the contest. He asked me to be a judge two years in a row, and it never worked in my schedule. This year, I was hoping he'd ask again, and I would be able to do it. boy patrick had an unbelievable amount of energy and he was a joy to be around. He always felt warm and welcoming to us. I was especially appreciative of how kind and mentoring he was to my boy, and how I felt he always reached out to dykes and FtMs in a way that not a lot of gay boys do. My heart goes out to Master Roy and patrick's extended family who must be feeling his loss deeply. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
