I headed to the convention, where my first stop was an interview with Digital Playground director Robby D. for a future Village Voice column. I was really interested to hear what he had to say about his latest feature Contract Girl, since it had me still thinking about it long after I watched it, which isn't the norm for porn. It's definitely controversial, and I will be talking more about it in my column. I actually met Robby D. years ago on the set of a Vivid movie he was directing with Kira Kener. He finally copped to remembering me, and we had a good back-and-forth dialogue about the industry. I confessed to him that I had a major crush on Digital Playground contract girl Teagan Presley, so he introduced me to her. I didn't know what to say and I felt like a major dork. Then, Robby D. and I walked together to get him a diet coke, and on the way, he introduced me to Mark Davis, Megan Martinez, Tommy Gunn, and Jasmine.
