It's 10 degrees below zero in NY, and the only thing keeping me warm is blogging about Sexy Bitches. Of course, I use the word bitches in the best sense-fierce, powerful forces to be reckoned with.
Wednesday night, I hosted a reading for Best Lesbian Erotica 2005, and Cheryl B., Zane Jackson, Kyle Walker, Rachel Kramer Bussel, and Eric Maroney did a great job! I came straight from the dentist where I had an unexpected procedure; my mouth and face were completely numb, making it hard to talk, though everyone said they couldn't tell. I found out that FHM Magazine is taking nominations for the Sexiest Women in the World. I think it would be good if we could all go there and vote for women who are outspoken, queer, and beautiful in unconventional ways you know, give Britney and Paris and those girls a little competition.
Here's one of my suggestions: my femme sister extraordinaire, Chloe Jo, who has just relaunched her website. It looks fabulous so check it out! She also sent me an email about a great pit bull that needs a home (the dog was rescued from owners that made her live outside).
