I am trying to keep up with my promise of more updates, so there's a new Anal Advisor question up about enemas, a new Ask Tristan about wide dildos, and the tour schedule is updated. Thanks to everyone who has emailed with compliments about the new site! It means a lot that when I send out a mass email (which cannot help but feel impersonal) that I hear back from real live people. I've also heard from several of you that you've had trouble accessing the site or placing an order or both. First, thanks to those of you for letting me know, and if there are others out there, please tell me! The guys at Backbone Technology are working hard to fix the kinks, but sometimes we don't even know some of them exist until you tell us! Thus far, we have identified several glitches:

1. There's been a lot of traffic on the site (thank you all so much for visiting and thanks to Fleshbot for linking to me!), much more than usual. The extra traffic has overloaded the server, causing it to "pause" for about 1 minute, meaning that it goes down for 60 seconds, then it comes back. So, if you or someone you know has had trouble, the first thing to do is try again.

2. If you access the site on a PC running either Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 2000, with Internet Explorer, and you can't get past the curtain page http://www.puckerup.com into the home page http://www.puckerup.com/home, it may have to do with a Microsoft security patch. The Backbone guys have discovered that people who are running Security Pack 1, instead of the more recent Security Pack 2, can't get in. I'm not much of a computer geek-I actually wish I knew more-so I have to rely on what the real geeks tell me. They are working on it.
