Store Policies & Returns
The following policies apply only to orders placed through the PuckerUp Shop. If you place an order with one of our partners or advertisers (including AEBN, Babeland, Good Vibrations, Stockroom, Liberator Shapes, or Extreme Restraints), that order is subject to the specific company's policies.
All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain brown boxes, padded envelopes or USPS/UPS packaging. "TTE, Inc." or "Tristan Taormino" will appear on the return address. Packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card online and checks and money order by mail. Charge will appear on your credit card bill as "Pucker Up." We do not take PayPal payments. Please email orders (at) puckerup.com if you need any help with payment.
We will never sell, rent or give any information about you or your order to any company or individual.
Our e-commerce software uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) for every order, which means that customers' credit card information is encapsulated securely and encrypted as it is sent over the Internet to its destination. Another name for SSL is a Digital Certificate. Your credit card information is considered highly confidential information, and we do not store customer credit card information. Any paperwork with complete credit card numbers is shredded when delivery is confirmed. If your browser does not support secure ordering, you may place your order by mail (see details below).
State laws require us as a New York-based business to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York addresses. The amount of sales tax collected is based on the tax rate for the County or City that you live in an applies to both the subtotal and shipping amounts. The tax rate and tax amount are automatically calculated at check out based on your shipping zip code. We are currently not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states.
We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined. Please keep in mind that if you've moved within the last few years, your credit card company may have your old address on file for this service. We may also require the CVV2 number from your card to assure that you have physical possession of the card.
We do not accept returns on books.
All of our products are guaranteed against defect or breakage for 30 days. Send the item back to us at: Tristan Taormino Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 395, Greenville, NY 12083; we will credit the shipping charge to your account. We will gladly send a replacement or issue you a store credit for the amount.
Note: The Tristan and Tristan 2 butt plugs carry a lifetime replacement guarantee from the manufacturer, Vixen Creations. Vixen Creations will replace any Tristan or Tristan 2 butt plug that is damaged. You should send it directly to: Vixen Creations, Inc., 1302 22nd Street , San Francisco, CA 94107-3434.

Because of the nature of the majority of our items, we cannot accept any returns for reasons other than defective or broken merchandise. If you have any questions, please contact orders (at) puckerup.com and we will be happy to clarify.
Order by Mail
You may place an order by mail using a check or money order (payable to Pucker Up). Send your order plus a signed and dated age statement verifying that you are 21 years of age or older to: Tristan Taormino Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 395, Greenville, NY 12083. All prices are the same as on the web site; please add $5 PER ITEM for shipping and handling. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery. If you want anything autographed, please send me a note and tell me who to sign it to!
